We offer free shipping within the US. Most orders will be shipped via UPS. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a notification via email.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All of our products are handcrafted, therefore keep in mind that there may be small imperfections. This is part of the handmade process which makes all of our pieces unique an should not be seen as a defect. The overall aesthetic of the products and its intended ability for use should not be affected. It will simply add to the product's uniqueness and story.
If for any reason you are not loving your handmade item we offer free returns within the US. Please contact us via our website themostsimplethings.com under our contact tab or via our chat within 7 days of receiving you order.
Refunds will only be approved for pieces that are new/unused condition. I it is deterred that the item is not in fact new condition, the piece will be sent back to you and we will be unable to issue a refund. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 15 days to process the credit towards your account.
Our handmade pieces are individual and slight variations in actual good may occur. We cannot accept responsibility for these variations. However, in the unlikely even that an item is in fact damaged, we ask that you contact us via our website themostsimplethings.com under our contact tab or via our chat within 7 days of receiving the item. We will happily work with you to correct any quality issues and/or damaged items.
CANCELATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order that has already been summated, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible via our website themostsimplethings.com under our contact tab or via our chat. We will be happy to assist you with canceling orders that have not yet been shipped.
